The story of Pinullet
The innovative project of "Pinullet Urban Cheese" was born in 2019, when Francesco, who was always in love with the world of animals and their products, feels that it is time to transform his passion for cheeses into something more concrete.
Very attentive to the welfare of animals, Francesco, while searching for the best milk with which to make his products, found one of the pioneer farms to treat ECOLOGICAL cow's milk in Catalonia: "Can Roger" in Cardedeu.
On the farm owned by Valentí Roger Pla, a very young Catalan boy with a great passion for his work, free range cows graze every day in the Montseny meadows, where they produce top-quality organic milk.
Fresh milk arrives at the "Pinullet Cheese Factory" every week, where Francesco makes the cheeses every day directly in the laboratory behind the store. The innovation lies in making this type of product directly in the City,
hence the name "Urban Cheese Factory".
